Information Technology Instructor

I.T. For Less is hiring a full-time Cloud & AI Trainer to deliver hands-on, job-ready training in Microsoft Azure, AWS, and AI to students and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led Azure and AWS training from foundational to advanced levels.
• Teach AI courses covering AI fundamentals, generative AI, prompt engineering, and practical AI tools and workflows, for both students and company teams.
• Run hands-on labs, demos, and real-world projects.
• Prepare learners for Azure, AWS, and AI-related certification exams.
• Tailor corporate training (workshops, upskilling programs) to each client's industry and skill level.
• Create and update lesson plans, presentations, labs, and assessments.
• Track learner progress, give feedback, and support those who need extra help.
• Keep content current with evolving cloud and AI technologies.
• Work with the TECHCOMI team to improve courses and outcomes.

Training Areas

• Azure: fundamentals, identity and access, compute, networking, storage, security, monitoring, governance, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
• AWS: fundamentals, IAM, EC2, S3, VPC, databases, serverless, monitoring, architecture best practices, and automation.
• AI: AI/ML fundamentals, generative AI, prompt engineering, Azure AI and AWS AI services, and responsible AI use.

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical experience with Azure, AWS, or both.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and concepts, with the ability to teach them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including with corporate audiences.
• Experience delivering hands-on labs and developing training materials.
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor is preferred.
• Comfortable with online teaching and collaboration tools.

Preferred Certifications

• Azure: AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, AI-900 / AI-102
• AWS: Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect, Developer, SysOps Administrator, AI Practitioner
• Other relevant cloud or AI certifications
