Role Description The Information Technology Infrastructure & Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Viramgam. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Firewall, Devices, IOT, Surveillance, ERP framework, end-user devices, and business-critical applications. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, managing user accounts and access controls, and ensuring data backup and recovery procedures are followed. The executive will provide technical support to internal users, coordinate with vendors for hardware and software maintenance, and assist in implementing IT policies, security standards, and best practices. The role also involves documenting configurations and incidents, supporting IT audits, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT operations to ensure reliable and secure technology services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose, resolve, and document IT issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess Network Administration and IT Operations skills to manage network devices, monitor systems, and ensure stable infrastructure performance.
• Candidates should possess broad Information Technology knowledge, including operating systems, hardware, software, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in incident management, ticketing tools, and user support, with a focus on service quality and response time.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation) and experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments are beneficial.
• Candidates should possess strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• ERP Framework knowledge is a must
• IOT knowledge is a plus
