Key Responsibilities:
Systems Administration & Infrastructure
- Lead the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems including servers, storage, and network devices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize downtime.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, virtualization (VMware), Virtual desktop infrastructure, Servers, Storage and cloud platforms (Azure).
- Manage and administer O365 platform
- Oversee patch management and system updates.
- Manage, configure, monitor & restore back ups
- Advanced technical support for escalated issues
- Manage and monitor IT tickets using IT Ticketing tool.
Security & Compliance
- Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, anti-virus systems, and data protection strategies.
- Ensure systems are compliant with relevant regulations (ISO 27001).
- Conduct risk assessments and support disaster recovery/business continuity planning.
Project Management
- Lead and support IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate system documentation, asset inventories, and network diagrams.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field with
8 -12 years of experience in IT systems administration
