Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist

Purpose Of Role:

To ensure the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of the organization's IT infrastructure by managing endpoint devices, server environments, cloud services, application deployments, and system security. The role is responsible for maintaining high system availability, compliance, and performance while providing timely support, driving operational excellence, and enabling business continuity through effective infrastructure management and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage Intune, endpoint security, device compliance, and patch management across enterprise environments.

Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 services.

Perform routine database administration, backup monitoring, and recovery support.

Manage application packaging and deployment (P&D) activities.

Monitor infrastructure health, availability, performance, and security compliance.

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents, service requests, and escalations within SLA.

Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and audit/compliance records.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for upgrades, migrations, and operational support.

Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management

Patch Management

Windows Server Administration (Wintel)

Active Directory & Azure AD (Entra ID)

Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)

Database Administration (SQL Server preferred)

Application Packaging & Deployment

PowerShell Scripting

Backup & Recovery Solutions

VMware Infrastructure (preferred)
