Key Responsibilities Include:

Hands-on exposure to network operations in a medium-scale organization

Minimum 2 years in 247365 operational support

Uptime management for LAN/WAN infrastructure across India

Handling Level 2 & Level 3 network support calls

Ensuring adherence to data backup & restore policies

Network ticket management and timely closures

PAN India asset movement, monitoring, and disposal

Spare parts and inventory management

Maintain and update technical documentation

Implement and close network audit findings on time

Vendor coordination, AMC closure, and resource training
