Role: IT Infra Manager
Location: Thane - Onsite
Years of Experience: 10+ Years (Experience into Microsoft 365 is must)
Job Responsibility:
- Manage team of 4-5 IT infra support engineers team
- Maintain the asset inventory
- Plan procurement of assets, software licenses
- Monitor the performance of the team, SLA for service support, make sure that services are delivered in timely manner
- Review the existing networking infrastructure and implement best practices for cybersecurity, performance
- Plan upgrades of existing OS /hardware which are no more compliant with latest standards
- Proactively work on controls to make sure that business continuity is maintained and 100% network up time
- Report to higher management team SLA metrics and support ISO 27001 audit related tasks for compliance
- Work with hiring managers to set up new workstations in a timely manner
- Conduct remote desktop troubleshoots to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance with SLA.
- Provide new hardware/software for users as approved, assist in asset tag control and inventory management.
- To support daily technical support activities for desktop, data, and server management.
- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional.
- Experience with firewalls, Internet VPNs remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Operating system, all types of applications, drivers, and necessary updates.
- Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking issues and resolve issues within given SLA
