Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

Key Responsibility Areas:-

• Cloud Infrastructure Management

- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP platforms

- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud resources

- Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization

- Implement and maintain cloud security best practices

- Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans

• System Administration

- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based servers, network devices, and storage

systems.

- Proactively monitor system performance and identify potential issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve system and network problems

- Implement and maintain system security measures

• Team Leadership

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other IT staff

- Collaborate within the IT Infra team & Software team to ensure seamless integration of system

- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends

• Documentation and Reporting

- Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure and processes

- Generate regular reports on system performance and capacity

• Preferred Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems

- Proven experience managing AWS and GCP cloud environments with relevant certifications (AWSCSA, GCCPCA)

- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols

- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware)

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
