About the Role

As IT Executive – Retail Operations, your core responsibility will be to own and manage Uni Seoul's Ginesys ERP & POS systems across stores. From billing counters to back-office reporting, you will ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on Ginesys experience who wants to grow their career in retail IT.

Responsibilities

• Ginesys ERP & POS Management
• Manage Ginesys ERP & POS: user creation, role permissions, item master updates, tax setups, offers, and promotions.
• Generate and interpret POS/ERP reports for sales, stock, and reconciliation.
• Conduct stock audits, ensuring ERP/POS data matches physical inventory.

• Retail IT Support
• Configure and maintain billing devices, printers, scanners, and barcode systems.
• Troubleshoot store IT issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Support new store rollouts, handling Ginesys setups and system installations.
• Train store staff on POS/ERP usage.

• Basic IT Support
• Perform desktop/OS installations, Outlook setups, and LAN troubleshooting.
• Ensure connectivity for billing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Commerce (preferred).
• 2–3 years of proven hands-on experience with Ginesys ERP & POS in retail.
• Strong understanding of ERP configurations, POS analytics, and stock audits.
• Basic knowledge of networking and device setups.
• Willingness to travel for store audits, setups, and support visits.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Ginesys ERP & POS.
• Understanding of ERP configurations and POS analytics.
• Ability to troubleshoot IT issues in a retail environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a high-growth lifestyle retail brand.
• Knowledge of retail operations at both store and ERP levels.
