Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for an Information Technology Executive. The role involves managing and supporting day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network administration is seamless, and providing technical support to the team. The executive will collaborate with various departments to maintain efficient IT infrastructure and ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to address and resolve IT-related issues efficiently
- Proficiency in Network Administration and IT Operations to ensure stable and effective communication systems
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology systems and practices
- Good knowledge of ERP
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in IT operations within manufacturing or electronics industries.
