Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to guests and employees, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network-related problems.
  • Manage and maintain servers, workstations, networking equipment, and IT infrastructure.
  • Configure and support Active Directory, firewalls, VPNs, WAN/LAN, and wireless networks.
  • Coordinate with vendors for Guest Internet and Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and maintain system logs.
  • Ensure regular backups, antivirus management, and preventive maintenance.
  • Monitor IT hardware/software inventory and license compliance.
  • Stay updated on technology trends and security risks.
  • Support smooth day-to-day IT operations and complete assigned IT projects.

Prerequisites:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in systems, LAN, and Internet networks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Professional, courteous, and team-oriented.
  • Flexible with working hours.
