About the Role
Grewal Eye Institute is looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Executive / IT Coordinator to support the day-to-day IT operations of our multi-specialty ophthalmic hospital. The role involves desktop support, network troubleshooting, IT infrastructure maintenance, vendor coordination, asset management, and ensuring uninterrupted IT services across clinical and administrative areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Windows and macOS desktop support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, email, and network-related issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Assist with LAN, Wi-Fi, printer, CCTV, biometric, and IP telephony support.
- Monitor servers, NAS storage, backups, and system health.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, networking, and application-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset records, software inventories, and documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with macOS support.
- Understanding of networking concepts: IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Printer, peripheral, and basic server/NAS troubleshooting skills.
- Good documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or equivalent are an added advantage.
- Prior healthcare or hospital IT experience will be preferred.
