Information Technology Executive

Full time 3 Years Diploma in Electronics / IT / Computer Technology or equivalent with 2-3 years experience in the Technical Support field

Technical & Other Skills –

The candidate should have worked as a technical support engineer in any two of the following fields

a.Expertise is Desktop Support Windows 11 Pro OS, Certal Antivirus Server, Configure and Manage Multipfunction Printers/Scanners/Plotters, Campus area Networking, IP addresing etc

b. Basic understanding of Server OS, Active director, DNS, DHCP etc

c.Support of the CCTV Camera, ACS, FAS, BMS System or equivalent system, etc.

Good Written and verbal communication skills, able to Manage / prioritize the issues by effectively communicating with internal stakeholders and external vendors / OEMs, etc

Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures. Executing daily task routing tasks etc

Ability and willingness to learn new IT technologies such as Server Administration, VMware, SAN Storage, SAP HANA DB, Firewall, Networking etc
