Job Description

REQUIREMENT:

  • Master's / Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in hospitality (preferred)
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred (knowledge of systems like Opera PMS, Micros POS, etc. is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong skills in applications, Windows OS, and networking (LAN/WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and maintaining records

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of IT systems including servers, networks and all hardware components, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Ensure uninterrupted functioning of property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, and guest technology interfaces.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, resolve issues, and ensure uptime standards.
  • Ensure 24/7 uptime of all critical systems
  • Maintenance of IT assets.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
  • Liaise with technology vendors for hardware/software procurement, licensing, and maintenance.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of guest Wi-Fi, entertainment systems, and in-room technology.
  • Address and resolve guest-related IT concerns efficiently.
