REQUIREMENT:
- Master's / Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years in hospitality (preferred)
- Experience in the hospitality industry preferred (knowledge of systems like Opera PMS, Micros POS, etc. is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong skills in applications, Windows OS, and networking (LAN/WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi).
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and maintaining records
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of IT systems including servers, networks and all hardware components, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, and guest technology interfaces.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, resolve issues, and ensure uptime standards.
- Ensure 24/7 uptime of all critical systems
- Maintenance of IT assets.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Liaise with technology vendors for hardware/software procurement, licensing, and maintenance.
- Ensure high availability and performance of guest Wi-Fi, entertainment systems, and in-room technology.
- Address and resolve guest-related IT concerns efficiently.
