Preferred Profile: Candidate current location must be from Mumbai & immediate joiner can be prefers first

Job responsibility:

To support to IT Hardware & Software and other IT Hardware of the Location of R&D centre

- Manage day to day request of ID creation & modifications in Central Active Directory Server.

Knowledge of end user backup Solution.

- Installation & troubleshooting of computers Hardware & Software Issues.

- Ensure Patch Management on Computers.

- Implement and manage various IT-related initiatives taken up at AIL in the areas of ITAM, IT Security, IT Networking, software implementations related to IT, IT infrastructure and devices, Video Conferencing, etc., at the AIL location, in line with the IT roadmap.

- Implement effective IT security systems on servers, network, user endpoints (laptops and desktops), and documentation to ensure the security of data and applications in accordance with ISO 27001:2022 & NABL controls as per the central team guidelines.

- Coordination with the Central team for management of Firewalls, switches, AV, etc.

- Ensuring software compliance for all software being used at AIL site/plant locations.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Hands on Experience over Laborartory Process, Software and Documentation (ELN / SDMS / Chromeleon / GC / UV / Shimadzu / HPLC / FTIR /PSA)
