Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive IT Administrator with hands-on experience in WordPress, e-commerce platforms, and social media management. The role involves managing digital infrastructure, websites, online platforms, and supporting day-to-day IT and digital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, update, and maintain organisational websites using WordPress
- Administer and support e-commerce platforms (product updates, plugins, payment gateways, security)
- Handle social media accounts, content uploads, basic analytics, and platform maintenance
- Ensure website performance, uptime, backups, and security
- Manage domains, hosting, SSL certificates, and email configurations
- Provide IT support for internal systems, hardware, and software
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress, themes, plugins, and troubleshooting
- Experience with e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital analytics
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, hosting environments)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data backups
- Good organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, MCA, or a related field
- Relevant experience in website administration, e-commerce, and digital platform management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple digital assets
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary Range: 5.56 Lakh per annum
Experience: 2-3 years
