Scope & Constraints
- Non-intervention, read-only engagement
- Consultant will not:
- Manage delivery
- Coach teams
- Evaluate individuals
- Participate in day-to-day workflows
- No interviews, meetings, or direct interaction with developers or teams
- All analysis derived strictly from operational system data
- Access provided via client-owned, read-only accounts

- Not commentary-based or opinion-driven
