About the Company

The GCC has partnered with Flexiple to hire an IT Consultant who can assess current systems and recommend a roadmap the centre can execute against. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an IT Consultant, you will assess the centre's current systems landscape and build a roadmap that leadership can act on.

Key Responsibilities

Advisory & Assessment

• Assess current IT systems and processes against business requirements
• Recommend technology and process changes with clear cost-benefit reasoning
• Translate business requirements into scoped technical solutions

Delivery Support

• Support implementation planning and vendor or tooling evaluations
• Document architecture decisions and hand off clearly to delivery teams
• Track project risks and flag them to stakeholders early

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years in IT consulting, systems advisory, or a related technical delivery role
• Strong ability to translate business problems into technical recommendations
• Comfortable presenting recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a major cloud platform or enterprise systems landscape
• A relevant technical or business certification
