We're looking for an ambitious, result-oriented Business Development professional to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients across the Indian IT market.
Generate IT staffing and staff augmentation requirements.
Build relationships with IT companies, delivery managers and vendor management teams.
Drive vendor empanelment and strategic partnerships.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to client onboarding.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in IT Business Development, IT staffing or staff augmentation.
Strong understanding of B2B client acquisition and lead generation.
Experience working with Indian IT companies and staffing vendors.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Existing industry connections would be an added advantage.
