Role Objective
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the face of Zartek for prospective clients. Your primary goal is to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with international and domestic clients, and drive revenue growth by selling our suite of software development services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, cold emailing, and networking events.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales lifecyclefrom initial prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with potential clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
- Proposal Crafting: Work closely with the technical team to create tailored project proposals, estimates, and pitch decks.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to position Zartek effectively.
- Reporting: Maintain an organised CRM and provide regular updates on sales targets, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Ideally, 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the IT services, SaaS, or software development sector.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, a proactive hunter mindset, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
