Information Technology Associate

Job Title: IT Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, configure, and operate audio-visual equipment including projectors, screens, microphones, speakers, and cameras.
• Manage and monitor audio and video systems during live events, meetings, and recordings to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct pre-event testing and quality checks of all AV equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio, video, and connectivity in a timely manner.
• Operate and support video conferencing platforms and live streaming setups for virtual and hybrid events.
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all AV equipment to maximize longevity and performance.
• Coordinate closely with event organizers, presenters, and production teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality AV support.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of audio-visual systems and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure during live events
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience (Preferred):

• Prior experience in AV setup, event support, or a similar technical role is desirable.
