IT Asset Management (ITAM) Lead / Process Manager

Experience: 7+ Years

We are looking for an experienced ITAM professional to lead end-to-end Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and CMDB governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hardware and software asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Drive SAM compliance, Effective License Position (ELP), license optimization, and audit readiness.
• Govern ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM Pro), Flexera, or Snow Software.
• Ensure CMDB accuracy, CI integrity, and complete asset traceability.
• Manage vendors, contracts, licensing, audits, and stakeholder coordination.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Security, and IT teams on asset governance.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on ITAM experience across HAM and SAM.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITAM, Flexera, or Snow Software.
• Knowledge of ITIL 4, ISO 19770, CMDB, and software licensing.
• Strong vendor, audit, and stakeholder management experience.
