Information Technology Administrator

Location: Surat

Salary: 25,000–30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, software and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system-related issues
• Install and configure operating systems and business applications
• Provide first-level technical support to employees
• Handle system setup, email configuration and access permissions
• Maintain IT asset inventory, allocation, tracking and recovery
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding requirements
• Assist with LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and connectivity issues
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and password-related requests
• Support antivirus updates, data backups and basic IT security practices
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers
• Maintain IT support records and troubleshooting documentation

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in IT Administration / IT Support
Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of Windows OS and business applications
Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers and network troubleshooting
Knowledge of IT asset management and system maintenance
Familiarity with user account management and access control
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple IT requests and prioritize tasks
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
