Job Title: Manager Information Security
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Reporting to: CTO
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead Information Security at ekincare. This role combines security governance, compliance, risk management, and essential IT operations to ensure a secure, compliant, and efficient technology ecosystem across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, and manage incident response activities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, and other applicable security standards.
- Oversee security monitoring, endpoint protection, access controls, and cloud security best practices.
- Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, endpoints, cloud platforms, and internal tools.
- Oversee IT asset management, procurement, inventory tracking, and lifecycle management.
- Administer IAM, SSO, MFA, MDM, endpoint security, and secure access provisioning.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of ISO 27001 and general InfoSec governance principles.
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, endpoint security, and security monitoring tools.
- Strong troubleshooting ability and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
- 58 years of combined experience in Information Security and IT Administration.
- Preferred certification: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer.
- Additional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, cloud security credentials) are a plus.
