Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kakori for an Information Center Manager. The Information Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing center operations, coordinating activities, and ensuring effective delivery of services offered at the center. Responsibilities include maintaining data records, preparing reports, managing the team, organizing educational programs or workshops, and fostering positive relationships with students, stakeholders, and the community. The manager will also ensure compliance with organizational objectives and policies while working toward enhancing the productivity and impact of the center.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and operational management skills to oversee center activities and ensure smooth functioning.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting, including attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and maintain collaborative relationships.
- Leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate center staff.
- Experience in conducting or organizing educational programs, workshops, or community-focused initiatives is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to local contexts and challenges while working in an on-site environment.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Management, or a related field is preferred.
