Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection:Gather data from various sources, including monthly SLA reporting, Raw data files, BI Dashboards, Transformation benefits.
- Data Analysis:Analyze SLA data / Transformation benefits to identify patterns, and insights that can help propose changes on SLA metrics as well as to control Transformation project benefit realization.
- Reporting:Generate and present reports on SLA performance, Transformation benefits including metrics such as CSAT/resource utilization and Benefit realization.
- Documentation:Prepare and maintain documentation related to data analysis processes and findings.
Education:Bachelor's degree in related field. | Fresher
Skills And Qualifications
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, MS Access, Copilot etc.).
- Analytical Skills:Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data findings effectively.
Stipend: 15k / month
Work mode: Hybrid
