Job Description

Experience

  • 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Informatica Application Development or Production Support with excellent Analytical skills.

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with Informatica (PowerCenter / IICS preferred)
  • Good working knowledge of:
    • UNIX commands and Shell scripting
    • SQL scripting
    • Job schedulers
  • Experience using ServiceNow and JIRA ticketing tools
  • Good to have exposure to:
    • Python
    • Apache Airflow
    • AWS
    • PySpark
    • Informatica Cloud (IICS)
Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide production/application support for Informatica-based applications
  • Proactively analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs
  • Take up minor development and enhancement activities as required
  • Track, update, and respond to customer communications in a timely manner
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to understand issues and requirements
  • Participate in project life cycle activities for development and maintenance projects
  • Follow Agile and DevOps methodologies during delivery and support

Required Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of business domain basics to interpret business requirements
  • Ability to work independently and handle production-critical issues

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in 24/7 production support environments
  • Experience in support projects is highly desirable

Work Schedule

  • Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including 24/7 support.
