Description

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Production Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining our production environments.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain Informatica workflows and sessions in production environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Informatica ETL processes.
Perform regular health checks and performance tuning of Informatica jobs.
Coordinate with development teams to implement changes and enhancements in ETL processes.
Document and maintain operational procedures and knowledge base for Informatica support.

Skills and Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter and ETL processes.
Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts, preferably with Oracle or SQL Server.
Experience in Unix/Linux environments and basic shell scripting.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
