Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Informatica Product 360 (PIM).
Lead the application development team and provide guidance on technical design, architecture, and best practices.
Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to ensure alignment on key project decisions.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and provide solutions to complex technical challenges across the team and projects.
Facilitate team development through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
Engage in strategic planning to align application development initiatives with organizational objectives.
Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and utilize project management tools for effective delivery.
