Informatica PowerCenter 10.x, Oracle SQL, Unix

We are seeking an Informatica PowerCenter expert with around 5 years of experience, including 4+ relevant years. The ideal candidate should be capable of having good and direct conversations with clients. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, implementing solutions, and troubleshooting production incidents. The role also requires you to handle Knowledge Management activities and comply with the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. You'll need strong mandatory skills in Informatica PowerCenter 10.x, Oracle SQL, and Unix.

Key Responsibilities

• ETL Development: Act as an Informatica PowerCenter expert, responsible for understanding data integration requirements and implementing robust ETL solutions.
• Client Communication: Engage in good and direct conversations with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Production Support: Troubleshoot production incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
• Solution Implementation: Implement new data integration solutions and enhance existing ones based on business requirements.
• Database Interaction: Work extensively with Oracle SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Unix Proficiency: Utilize Unix commands and scripting for job scheduling, file transfers, and log analysis related to ETL processes.
• Knowledge Management: Actively participate in Knowledge Management activities, creating and maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with Infosys guidelines, policies, and norms.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong ability to have good and direct conversations with clients.
