& responsibilities Provide L3 application support for Informatica PC and IICS related ETL jobs. Monitor batch jobs, workflow and data loads identify and resolve failures within SLA. Analyze issues related to data discrepancies, performance and job failure. Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes. Coordinate with development, DBA and Admin teams for issue resolution. Handle production incident, service request and change deployments. Support releases, patching and migration activities. Provide status updates and participate in on-call/shift-based support as required.
