Job Description
Hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter (PC) Hands-on experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) Strong experience in production support / application support / ETL support Good understanding of workflows, mappings, sessions, tasks, and job monitoring Experience in troubleshooting ETL failures, data load issues, and performance bottlenecks Knowledge of SQL for data validation, troubleshooting, and reconciliation Exposure to Unix/Linux commands for support activities Understanding of batch support, scheduling tools, and job dependency handling Experience in incident management, SLA tracking, RCA, and problem management Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, or similar Good understanding of production deployment support and release processes Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Provide production support for applications and data integration workflows built on Informatica PowerCenter (PC) and IICS Monitor daily batch jobs, workflows, mappings, and integration tasks to ensure smooth execution Analyze and resolve job failures, data issues, workflow errors, and performance-related problems Perform incident management, problem management, and service request handling within defined SLAs Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures Support data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution for production data loads Coordinate with application teams, database teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders for issue resolution Handle production deployments, job scheduling support, and post-deployment validation Maintain support documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles Work on performance tuning of workflows, mappings, and integration jobs Participate in on-call support / shift support activities, if required Ensure adherence to support processes, change management, and release management guidelines
Desired Candidate Profile 2–5 years of relevant IT experience Strong support experience in Informatica PowerCenter and IICS Experience in handling production incidents, batch support, and ETL issue resolution Good SQL and troubleshooting capabilities Understanding of support processes, SLA management, and escalation handling Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment Good verbal and written communication skills Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline Work Location Hyderabad (HYD)
