Job Summary
Provide technical leadership and guidance across functional and technical teams. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, implement system policies and programs, and continuously evaluate and improve solution effectiveness.
Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Architecture
- Design simple to complex systems using architectural models, schematic designs, and prototypes.
- Develop detailed designs and implementation plans for both short-term and long-term solutions.
- Architect, design, and implement Informatica MDM solutions.
- Perform high-level architectural planning and proof-of-concept activities where required.
- Lead MDM application design using Informatica MDM tools.
Development & Implementation
- Configure, customize, and develop Informatica MDM solutions.
- Develop inbound and outbound data integration processes.
- Build and maintain Customer, Supplier/Vendor, and Product Master Data models.
- Develop MDM and ETL solution architectures.
- Create data mappings and integration workflows.
- Develop web services and customizations within the MDM platform.
Data Management & Governance
- Define and implement Master Data Management strategies.
- Support Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality initiatives.
- Perform master data validation and source system comparisons.
- Conduct data profiling and quality assessments.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, change management, and development standards.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as the Design Authority during technical reviews.
- Review and approve technical deliverables and code reviews.
- Estimate project effort, scheduling, and development plans.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Support clients in understanding business objectives and aligning technology solutions accordingly.
Support & Continuous Improvement
- Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
- Coordinate resolution of MDM-related incidents.
- Monitor solution quality and performance.
- Recommend continuous improvements and optimization initiatives.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong IT background.
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in MDM development.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM design, development, support, and operations.
