RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Create and implement MDM business strategies to provide value-add to users.
- Design, implement and manage Customer Master Data solution for business users.
- Assist users in the justification and preparation of Customer MDM proposals and solutions for approval at proper levels of management within the company.
- Manage the enhancements to software applications (or new software) to provide more efficient, timely and accurate information to users and as required by management.
- Assist developers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing and development of new software programs and applications.
- Strive to maintain standardization within company systems in use, data and methodology. Assure that published IT standards are followed in all automated processes.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of the automated systems and the business functions supported in Ansell.
- Ensure that appropriate documentation is provided and kept current for any new or modified applications.
- Continually apprise senior management of matters of importance in the incumbent's area of responsibility that will have impact on the business or which are necessary to meet stated objectives.
- Ensure that all corporate activities and operations and other business conducted personally are carried out in compliance with local, state and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related degree Is preferred.
Job Experience
8 - 10 years experience in a software development role, with involvement in all aspects of the software development life cycle.
Knowledge and Skills
Experience with developing within the context of an application lifecycle to support enterprise-wide business processes.
Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle:
Informatica MDM Hub 10.5 (On-prem version)
Informatica PowerCenter 10.5, Informatica Data Quality 10.5
SQL/ embedded SQL
Oracle, Java, .NET experience preferred
Qualifications:
- Strong Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Data Quality development knowledge is a plus.
- Project management
- Communications and other skills: Must have very strong oral and written English language skills. Must be a self-directed and self-starting individual. Must be able to work with both business users and other technical individuals to identify and solve issues and create solutions in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
