About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
Informatica MDM Developer to support an enterprise-level data transformation program focused on data governance, master data management, and analytics enablement. This role will play a key part in building robust MDM solutions integrated with modern cloud platforms and data governance tools such as Collibra, Microsoft Purview, and Informatica IDMC.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement MDM solutions using Informatica MDM to support master data consolidation, data quality, and data governance.
- Integrate MDM with data pipelines, downstream applications, and cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks).
- Work closely with data stewards and governance teams to ensure master data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Configure Informatica IDMC, PowerCenter, and related tools for MDM and ETL operations.
- Develop match/merge rules, cleansing strategies, and survivorship logic.
- Participate in the creation of a data marketplace and unified data catalog for enterprise-wide data sharing.
- Support integration with platforms such as Collibra, Microsoft Purview, and Power BI.
- Contribute to metadata management, data lineage tracking, and compliance enforcement.
- Enable role-based access controls (RBAC), data classification, and security workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM (Multidomain MDM or Customer 360).
- Experience with IDMC (Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud) and PowerCenter.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, data quality, match/merge, survivorship, and hierarchy management.
- Good working knowledge of Azure Data Services, Azure SQL, Databricks, or similar cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Collibra, Microsoft Purview, or enterprise metadata/catalog tools.
- Hands-on experience with data integration, ETL, and API-based MDM integration.
- Working knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance policies.
- Experience in Agile environments and tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.
- Strong SQL, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.
Nice To Have
- Exposure to tools such as OneTrust, Poolparty, SAP BO, or Power BI.
- Knowledge of PII detection, policy enforcement, or policies-as-code.
- Familiarity with data marketplace concepts and self-service analytics enablement.
