Position Overview:
The Informatica Cloud Developer is responsible for developing, troubleshooting, and supporting data integration processes within Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). The role combines integration development tasks with operational support responsibilities, ensuring stable, high‑quality execution of cloud-based interfaces and data pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Informatica Cloud mappings, tasks, taskflows, and reusable integration components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues including mapping failures, Secure Agent problems, and ETL errors.
- Monitor daily integration operations and proactively identify incidents.
- Document incidents and solutions in ServiceNow and escalate complex issues when needed.
Qualifications:
- Technical degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Integration Developer or similar role.
- Expertise in Informatica Cloud and other integration tools.
- Strong technical experience building Informatica Cloud data integration processes by constructing mapping tasks, taskflows, schedules and parameter files.
- Proficiency in CI/CD practices and tools.
- Experience with GitHub for version control.
- Knowledge of database systems such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with real-time, near real-time and batch data integration.
- Advanced SQL and programming skills.
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic Python skills for scripting, automation, or data transformation tasks.
- Certification in Informatica Cloud Data Integration.
