Role Overview

Offshore Application Developer with strong experience in Informatica IDMC/Python/IBM Datastage/Oracle Exadata to support operational and Treasury reporting across the GTS Corporate Payments landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance ETL data applications (IDMC/Datastage mappings, procedures, packages, performance tuning).

Troubleshoot data and reporting issues in UAT and production.

Collaborate with other offshore teams and deliver required documentation.

Required Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC and IBM Data stage.

Strong Oracle DB development (SQL, performance optimization).

Advanced SQL skills across complex, high-volume datasets.

Working experience on Python scripting.

Hands on experience on Unix/shell scripting

SDLC, Controls & Engineering Excellence (Must-Have)

Proven experience delivering solutions across the full SDLC, with strong emphasis on controls, audit requirements, resiliency, and production robustness.

Hands-on expertise with GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio

Domain Knowledge

Strong understanding of Corporate Payments (transaction lifecycle, settlement, reconciliation).

Experience with GTS operational reporting and Treasury data flows (balances, intraday positions) preferred.

Soft Skills

Clear communication skills for onshore/offshore collaboration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work independently and own deliverables.
