Informatica IICS Developer

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica IICS (CDI & CAI)

* Integrate Salesforce, BigQuery, and external systems (batch & real-time)

* Implement and optimize Salesforce Bulk API upserts for large datasets

* Develop SQL-based transformations, validations, and data quality checks

* Build error handling, logging, auditing, and alerting mechanisms

* Implement reprocessing strategies for failed records in ETL/API workflows

* Support OpenAir → Certinia PSA migration, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation

* Create reusable mappings, mapplets, and taskflows for standardization

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

Required Qualifications:

* 6+ years of experience in Informatica IICS (CDI & CAI)

* Strong experience with Salesforce integrations (Bulk API, REST API, upserts using external IDs)

* Hands-on experience with GCP BigQuery

* Strong SQL skills (joins, transformations, performance tuning)

* Expertise in error handling, logging, and failed record reprocessing

* Solid understanding of data integration and data warehousing concepts Preferred

* Experience with Data migration

* Experience in building reusable integration frameworks

* Informatica / Salesforce / GCP certifications
