About the Role
We are seeking an Informatica Application Support Engineer (L2) with strong hands-on experience in ETL development and production support. The role focuses on troubleshooting Informatica-based data pipelines, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring the stability and reliability of enterprise data platforms in a shift-based support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 application support for Informatica-based ETL applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across data pipelines.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.
- Monitor batch jobs, workflows, and data loads to ensure platform stability.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to maintain system reliability.
- Ensure application stability and availability through proactive monitoring and timely resolution.
- Participate in shift-based support, including weekends, as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica, SQL, and Unix/Linux.
- Expertise in ETL development and production support using Informatica.
- Strong knowledge of relational database design and Oracle databases.
- Proven experience with SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with job scheduling tools.
- Proven ability to perform effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Willingness to work in shift-based support, including weekends**.

- Prior experience in the Healthcare Insurance domain.
