• Install, configure, and maintain Informatica PowerCenter, PowerExchange, and Data Quality tools
• Manage repositories, metadata, security, and user access controls within Informatica systems
• Monitor system performance including server resources, database performance, and network connectivity
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL workflows, mappings, and data pipelines
• Provide technical support to ETL developers and guide best practices for Informatica usage
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and backup strategies for data integration systems
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of Informatica environments
• Maintain technical documentation, operational guides, and system configuration records
• Collaborate with database and infrastructure teams for system stability and integration support
