Informatica Admin

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Informatica software and infrastructure.
• Manage Informatica repositories and metadata, including security and access controls.
• Monitor and optimize Informatica performance, including server resources, database performance, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Informatica infrastructure, including ETL processes, mappings, and workflows.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for Informatica infrastructure.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for Informatica infrastructure and processes.
• Provide technical support to Informatica developers, including issue resolution and guidance on best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience in Informatica administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Informatica software, ETL processes, and data integration technologies.
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Power Exchange, and Data Quality tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with database management and SQL programming.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices for service management.
