At Birlasoft, we're looking for an experienced Infor WFM Functional Lead
Title:Infor WFM Functional Lead
Location: Noida/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Coimbatore
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, Computer Application, Information Technology, or equivalent
Master's degree in business administration from a top school (full time or part time) AND/OR Equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert, demonstrate in-depth domain and industry knowledge, and help build Infor practice.
- Map complex business processes to develop robust and scalable Technical OR Functional solutions.
- Design, mobilize, present, and deliver a complete end to end solutions using Infor application to meet client needs.
- Lead client discussions on the proposed solution, architectural designs, and roadmaps.
- Drive Infor implementation from discovery to sustain.
- Demonstrate application-level functional or technical knowledge on Infor WFM Platform
- Advisor to Infor clients on Industry best practices to deliver efficient solutions.
- Stakeholder collaboration and management, Maintain customer relationship.
- Develop migration, integration, testing, and deployment strategies.
- Achieving engagement goals
Core Competency
- At least 5 years of experience in full project life cycle implementation as a principal consultant or solution architect in ERP software packages
- At least 2 years of experience in Infor Product Architecture Engagements primarily focused on WFM.
- Ability to design and present holistic solution leveraging strong business acumen, analytical and technical aptitude based on Infor WFM application.
- Should have good domain knowledge in one or more of the following: Human Capital Management, Payroll, Time & Attendance, workforce scheduling, etc.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Industry Standards, Testing Tools, and Accelerators
- Experience with one or more project lifecycle management, issue tracking and/or knowledge repository platforms.
- Should be able to develop business case and roadmap.
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Infor Certification is an advantage.
- Experience with database design, instance management strategy, RESTFul API, and software development is an added benefit.
- Experience with one or more integration styles - EDI, Bank Standards, XML, Web Services, Workflow and Alerts is an added benefit.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or C# is an added benefit.
- Experience in Containerization - Docker, Kubernetes, or Amazon Web Services is an added benefit.
Skill Required:
- At least 5 years of IT experience (support + implementation)
- Min 2 years of Infor experience
- Experience in Big 4, other consulting firms is preferred
