Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and support Infor PRMS ERP applications and modules
- Design, code, test, and deploy enhancements within the PRMS environment
- Maintain and support IBM i / AS400 applications and related systems
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop interfaces and integrations with third-party systems, EDI, MES, WMS, and reporting tools
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
- Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and support procedures
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve operational processes
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
- Support data migration, reporting, and database management activities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting or developing Infor PRMS ERP solutions
- Strong experience with IBM i / AS400 platform
- Proficiency in RPG III/IV, RPGLE, CL, SQL, and DB2
- Experience with ERP integrations and EDI transactions
- Knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, and finance processes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in process manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with Infor tools and related applications
- Experience with APIs, middleware, or modern integration platforms
- Knowledge of warehouse management and shop-floor systems
- Exposure to modernization or migration projects
- Experience with reporting tools and business intelligence platforms
