About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 RPA Expert with strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation and enterprise ERP process automation. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, administering, supporting, and optimizing automation solutions using Infor M3 RPA within a DevOps delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Infor M3 RPA.
• Automate business processes and transactions across Infor M3 workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities and build scalable, reusable workflows.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production RPA solutions.
• Manage bot scheduling, execution, exception handling, and operational support.
• Support CI/CD, release management, version control, and environment administration.
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Infor M3 RPA Development & Administration.
• Expertise in Infor M3 Business Process Automation.
• Experience in production support, monitoring, and workflow maintenance.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and deployment processes.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred

• Cloud-based ERP and enterprise integration experience.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or supply-chain environments using Infor M3.

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field.
