As an Infor M3 Functional Specialist at Koch, you will play a key role in driving ERP transformation initiatives by delivering high-quality functional solutions across finance modules. You will partner closely with global stakeholders to improve business processes, enable scalable ERP capabilities, and support ongoing enhancements in a dynamic enterprise environment.
Our Team
You will be part of a global ERP and digital transformation team responsible for delivering, supporting, and enhancing Infor M3 solutions across multiple business units. The team collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process excellence and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Having overall 12+ years and relevant 8+ years experience in Infor M3 (PaaS/SaaS).
- Experience in overall implementation, rollout, upgrade and post go-live support for M3 ERP application in Finance module.
- Strong experience in dealing with complex implementation and tough global Customers.
- Having at least two E2E implementations or else two support projects with different LOBs experience in Infor M3.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, team player and ability to handle project challenges.
- Good to have Infor certified in respective module, but not mandatory.
- Good to have knowledge of multiple ticket tracking tools with awareness of ITIL.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Responsible for implementation, rollouts, upgrade & post go live support of Infor M3 ERP Finance module and add-on products.
- Performing the implementation activities as per Infor Implementation method or similar to it.
- Configuration of the M3 ERP - Finance Solutions and good knowledge of data models/data base.
- Having exposure on market/business specific modification and preparation on functional specifications.
- Should be able to play application steward role for M3
- Experienced in conducting workshops, requirement gathering, analysis, designing, specification writing and testing for projects and new enhancements
- Review of as-is, to-be processes of customer and recommend best practices to improve overall process performance and set up KPI framework and documentation.
- Incident trend and problem analysis skills for addressing recurring issues (SOP's/Automations using AI).
- Experienced with onsite/offshore model and communicating task priority to team
- Open to travel onsite for projects depending on the nature of projects.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or Infor M3 certification
- Experience with multiple end-to-end ERP implementations across different lines of business
- Exposure to ITIL practices and ticketing tools
- Experience driving automation or AI-led improvements in incident/problem management
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex, global customer environments
