Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant who can analyze business requirements, design effective functional solutions, and lead implementation activities across Infor M3 modules, including Supply Chain & Warehousing, Factory Track, Quality Management, Demand Forecasting, and EQM.

The role involves close collaboration with clients, conducting business workshops and CRP sessions, configuring the system, supporting integrations, and ensuring successful project delivery in line with the Infor Deployment Methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements from both business and technical perspectives and translate them into Infor M3 functional solutions, including workflows, business processes, and reports.
• Conduct detailed business requirement analysis and design application solutions aligned with customer objectives.
• Lead business workshops and Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions independently.
• Map client business requirements to standard Infor M3 functionalities and contribute to overall project planning.
• Support and coordinate API and third-party system integrations.
• Perform data migration activities including data mapping, data validation, and data uploads.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and solution design documents.
• Execute functional testing and prepare System, Integration, and Regression test cases.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and post-go-live support.
• Prepare and review documentation as per Infor Deployment Methodology standards.
• Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and functional support to clients and internal teams.
• Apply strong business and industry knowledge to optimize and improve client business processes.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of Infor M3 (MDM/ SCM /QMS & Manufacturing modules/ Factory track & birst).
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and system configuration.
• Hands-on experience with CRP sessions and client-facing workshops.
• Knowledge of API integrations and interaction with technical teams.
• Experience in data migration and validation activities.
• Basic understanding of SQL queries and cloud-based database environments.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must have knowledge of on Prem and cloud MT version.
• M3 BOD view & understanding of XML mapping.
• Ad-hoc reporting, Home page creation through workplace, understanding of approval work flow designs and mapping & given to technical.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on full-cycle Infor M3 implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Infor Deployment Methodology (IDM).
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or finance industry domains.
