Job Role: Infor LN CloudSuite
Location : Remote

TIME :- 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM
1st level support Infor LN CloudSuite automotive TASKS*
6+YEARS
Receive and process support requests via the ticket system
Analyze, classify, and resolve incidents in 1st level support
Handle support cases independently or in close cooperation with the core team at headquarters
Identify and escalate complex issues to 2nd/3rd level support when required. Document and prepare recurring problems and solution approaches
PROFILE
Several years of professional experience in Infor LN
Preferably with CloudSuite Automotive knowledge
Experience in the following logistics areas: Manufacturing, Warehousing, Shipment Execution, Handling Units
Preferred understanding of automotive processes
Preferably with Automotive Exchange knowledge
Preferred experience with one logistic multi-finance company setup Understanding of ITIL processes (especially Incident and Problem Management) Strong communication and customer service orientation
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tickets
Excellent English skills, both spoken and written; German or Spanish skills are an advantage
Experience with Matrix42 is an advantage
