Role Focus: Core HR, Talent, and Compensation Data Extraction for Workday
Role Summary
This role is responsible for supporting data conversion from Infor CloudSuite GHR into Workday HCM. The consultant must combine strong functional understanding of Infor GHR with hands-on technical skills to identify source tables, write extraction scripts, and support data validation and reconciliation across multiple conversion cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand current state HR business processes and configurations in Infor CloudSuite GHR.
- Partner with Workday functional leads to understand target data requirements and load sequencing.
- Identify and analyze Infor GHR tables, views, and relationships for data domains including:
- Worker, employment, and personal data
- Jobs, positions, supervisory organizations
- Compensation, allowances, and grade structures
- Benefits eligibility and enrollments
- Design and build SQL queries or extraction scripts using Infor delivered tables, views, or APIs.
- Support data profiling to identify data quality issues, gaps, and conversion risks.
- Validate extracted data against Infor reports and business expectations.
- Support mock conversions, cutover activities, and post load reconciliation.
- Document extraction logic, assumptions, transformation rules, and known data exceptions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite GHR.
- Strong functional knowledge of HR data and end to end HCM processes.
- Ability to navigate and understand Infor GHR data model.
- Strong SQL skills and experience extracting data from complex relational schemas.
- Prior experience on HCM data migration or system conversion projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Workday HCM data conversion experience.
Experience using Infor reporting tools or APIs.
Familiarity with Workday EIBs and worker data load sequencing
