. Ability to work with physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff to support day-to-day operational issues.

. Willingness to provide L1/L2 application support for healthcare systems under senior team guidance.
. Ability to monitor application health, log incidents, troubleshoot basic issues, and support SLA-driven operations.
. Basic knowledge of ITIL concepts, including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
