Role: Influencer Strategist
Location: Mumbai, Lower Parel

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop campaign briefs, content guidelines, and timelines for influencers
- Coordinate with influencers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns
- Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with insights
- Stay updated on influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging creators
- Manage influencer relationships and negotiations, including commercials
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems
- Experience working with influencers, creators, or talent agencies
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Basic understanding of analytics and campaign performance metrics
Good to Have:
- Experience in agency or brand-side influencer marketing
- Familiarity with influencer tools and platforms
- Knowledge of AI tools for influencer discovery and reporting
