Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: India (Work from Home)

We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Influencer Manager to lead our influencer marketing efforts. In this role, you will identify high-potential influencers, negotiate impactful marketing deals, and manage end-to-end partnerships to drive brand growth. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder with a strong understanding of social media and the ability to execute performance-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify influencers across platforms that align with brand objectives.
• Lead outreach and negotiations to secure favorable marketing deals and long-term partnerships.
• Manage influencer campaigns to ensure deliverables and performance targets are met.
• Monitor campaign metrics to optimize performance and stay ahead of social media trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital PR.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends.
• Experience working with US-based brands is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

This is a remote role but we require you have some overlap with PST hours (until 11 AM PST)
